At TURTLEBOX, we stand behind the rugged durability of our products and offer a 60-day return policy for any gear that doesn't meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly provide a full refund or exchange for items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your TURTLEBOX speaker in its original packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned unit, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
